Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. All orders are carefully and solidly packaged for mailing.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:

We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please include a telephone number for a P.O. Box or APO/FPO mailing addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Canadians are subject to taxes, provincial and federal where applicable.

D & E Lake Ltd. is not responsible for any customs charges or duty fees relating to international shipments. All fees, duties and/or taxes imposed on shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages:

D & E Lake Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged item or parcel, please contact us and we will start the claim process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
